Course tracking dashboard

1) More than 30 courses created on NovaPro contain between 36 and 92 participants, indicating that some teachers have combined multiple classes into the same course.

NovaPro is not designed for this use. A course should correspond to a single class because:

• Loading the information of all students in the course tracking dashboard, chapter by chapter and activity by activity, requires significant resources and queues the data loading for all other dashboards, sometimes creating a “bottleneck” for several minutes.

• Visually, it is easier to track students’ progress (represented by colored indicators) if you have a limited number of columns (remember, one column = one student).

2) Following your feedback, our developers have reduced the initial loading time of the dashboard to a few seconds, while still allowing live updates of the progress indicators (“dots”).

3) From now on, when you create a new course, the number of participants (including teachers) is limited to 35. This ensures that the loading time of each course’s tracking dashboard will be faster.

4) For those of you who wish, we can provide the list of teachers responsible for courses exceeding 35 participants. Please note that no action or changes will be made to these courses on our side.
